Computer Accomodations Program

The University of Minnesota's Computer Accommodations Program (CAP) is a partnership of Academic & Distributed Computing Services and Disability Services. The program exists to assist university students, staff and faculty with disabilities in accessing computers and information through the use of adaptive technology.

Digital Media Center (DMC)

The Digital Media Center (DMC) collaborates with collegiate and other central support units to promote the effective use of learning technologies at the University of Minnesota and to support faculty who use these technologies to improve teaching and learning.

Networking and Desktop Integration Services (NDIS)

This functional area of University Computing Services (UCS) delivers a suite of products and services, including Novell, CAFE and Groupwise services, focused on increasing productivity and lowering the costs of departmental desktop computing.

Unix Workstation Support Group

The mission of the ADCS Workstation Support Group is to provide a central point of customer support to assist in the timely and accurate resolution of vendor supplied workstation based operating system (aka. UNIX� or UNIX-like) software and vendor supplied application software problems for ADCS site licensed customers on all campuses of the University of Minnesota.
