UMart Purchasing Process
There are two different formats for purchasing equipment, software, or services through UMart. Personal purchases are for general users affiliated with the University community. So, if you want to buy a new home computer, for example, one would use a Personal Purchase.
Departmental purchases, on the other hand, are solely for use when departments will be paying for equipment. So, a new piece of software for one's office would be purchased through Departmental Pruchase.
